Speed, Agility & Strength Program
DynaSportsUSA Team Speed, Agility & Strength Program is a group-training system designed specifically for soccer teams to develop balance, coordination, better movement, confidence and team camaraderie.
Dynasports USA Individual Speed, Agility & Strength Program provides the individual athlete an opportunity for specialized development while training in a group setting.
Sessions will consist of the following including but not limited to:
- Warm up
- Ladder work
- Rhythmic movement
- Hurdles
- Ball work
- Dynamic Strength training
- Movement education
- Dynamic Flexibility
- Hand to eye coordination
- Mental preparation
- Cool down

* Parent or guardian must fill out the Authorization form and bring this to the first training session.
