Each training program is 6-weeks in length, 2 days per week. Each training session lasts approximately one hour. All sessions are age and ability appropriate.

No. The goal of DynaSports USA is to build team cohesiveness and to keep everyone at the same level of dynamic skill.

No. Participants should wear appropriate clothing and foot wear (t-shirt, shorts, sweats, socks, training shoes) for the weather and training. Sunscreen. Snack and water bottle a must.

Cost is based on number of group (team) participants per 6-week program.

Payment is due in full for each participant at registration or prior to the start of the 6-week program.

Scholarships and discount rates are available on a “per basis” determined by DynaSports USA training and management staff.

Participants may participate in a make up session by scheduling with training staff.
